Create Your Next Chapter—Employment, Entrepreneurship, or Something Entirely New

Career Coaching for Veterans & Professionals Ready for Change

If you’ve spent years in the same career—especially one as demanding as military service—and now feel stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure of your next step, you’re not alone. Making a career change can be daunting. Many people worry they’re too old to try something new, or feel lost about what direction to take next. But staying in a career that no longer inspires you can take a serious toll—especially when we spend around a third of our lives at work.

As a career coach for veterans and professionals navigating major life transitions, I specialise in helping clients reconnect with what truly motivates them. Whether you’re going through a military career transition or simply questioning your long-standing career path, I guide you to explore what lights you up and take confident steps toward a more fulfilling future.

Through our work together, many clients find that taking even one small action can spark the clarity and momentum they need to move forward. It’s a privilege to be part of that journey—watching someone shift from uncertainty to excitement about what’s possible.

I support those who are ready to make bold, meaningful changes—whether that’s leaving a long-term role to explore a completely different profession, or launching a new business to become your own boss. From a dentist dreaming of opening a pottery studio to a cyber security expert transitioning to a coaching career, I help turn big ideas into practical next steps.

If you’re a veteran or seasoned professional ready for a change, your next chapter could be one click away.

Are You Living the Life You Chose—or the One You Were Told to Live?

From a young age, many of us follow a path that feels expected: go to school, get a “good” job, settle down, play it safe. It’s what we’re taught will lead to success, stability, and happiness. But somewhere along the way, you might have started to wonder… Is this really it? Maybe you’ve done everything “right”—but still feel unfulfilled, stuck, or like something’s missing. You wake up, go through the motions, and push down that quiet voice inside that says, There must be more than this.

What if you could rewrite the script?

You’re not alone. As humans, we’re wired to seek safety and belonging. It’s part of our evolutionary survival instinct—to stay with the group, avoid risk, and not stand out. But in today’s world, that instinct can keep you stuck in a life that no longer fits.
What if playing it safe is the very thing holding you back from the life you’re meant to live?

That inner pull you feel—the yearning for something different, something more meaningful—isn’t wrong or selfish. It’s your truth trying to break through. If you’re ready to explore what you really want—and build the confidence to go after it—youre in the right place.

Are You Living a Life That Feels True to You?

You’ve done everything that was expected—built a career, achieved stability, maybe even checked all the traditional boxes. But deep down, something doesn’t feel right. You’re wondering if this is really it… if there’s more out there for you.

Career transition coaching for veterans and professionals is about more than changing jobs. It’s about reconnecting with yourself—beyond roles, ranks, or titles—and discovering what a truly fulfilling life and career look like for you.

It’s about stepping away from the expectations of others and tuning into what you really want—whether that means exploring a new role, launching a business, or creating a completely different way of living and working.

When you start making decisions that reflect your true values and purpose, everything begins to shift. You feel more alive, more aligned, and more in control of your future. Your wellbeing improves, opportunities open up, and life begins to feel exciting again.

If you’re ready to stop settling and start building a life that lights you up, you’re in the right place.

What If One Year From Now, Your Life Looked Completely Different—for the Better?

Many of my clients come to me after spending years in careers that no longer light them up. Their roles have changed, their passion has faded, and deep down, they know they’re ready for something else—but fear of the unknown has kept them stuck. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

Maybe you’ve been pushing through, hoping things will improve. But the spark is gone. Time drags during the workweek, and that creeping feeling of Sunday night dread has started to take over your weekends too. Now, pause and think: What did you love doing as a child, before the pressure to “be practical” took over? What activities make you lose track of time now?
Those moments of joy and ease are clues to who you truly are—and what your next chapter could hold.

A year from now, your life could feel completely different. More aligned. More exciting. More you.

All it takes is the first step—and I’m here to help you take it.

About Me

I am Anne Pearson, a wife and mum of 2 and I live with my family in a picturesque rural village in Rutland.

Extensive experience

I studied nursing at the University of Liverpool and spent some time working in the NHS before heading off to travel and work in Australia and New Zealand. On my return to the UK I spent 19 years serving in the Royal Air Force where I worked alongside and led teams of nursing and medical professionals on operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. For 3 years of my RAF career I was privileged to coach the officer cadet leaders of the future at RAF College Cranwell.

I have experienced austere environments first hand and I have seen how being challenged can help individuals understand their strengths and weaknesses and find out who they really are. Often the difficult times can make someone stronger if they are willing to dig deep to learn more about themselves.
